Olivier CASTELLACCI

After completing a university degree in Business Law, followed by a postgraduate program in Corporate Tax Strategy, Olivier was admitted to the Nice Bar in 2005. He began his career as an associate before becoming a partner in 2009, and later joined NMCG Avocats in 2018. Together with his team, he focuses on advising and supporting companies, from small businesses to publicly listed corporations, both in commercial law and in the context of restructuring operations. He also handles business transfers, including drafting legal documents, structuring the transaction from a legal and tax perspective, and overseeing practical execution. He assists both landlords and tenants in negotiating, drafting, and litigating commercial leases. Additionally, he supports executives in shareholding transfers, from structuring to formalization. Olivier considers himself a strategic partner for businesses, aiming to provide tailored and effective legal solutions, anticipating clients’ needs to ensure peace of mind and success in their operations.
