Béatrice Billiard is Of Counsel in the firm's Corporate – M&A department. Her practice covers corporate law, securities issuances, balance-sheet restructuring transactions (haut de bilan), business acquisitions and disposals, acquisitions and disposals of fonds de commerce (going-concern business assets, including goodwill, leasehold rights, and equipment), shareholders' agreements, and commercial leases. Béatrice works with very small businesses, SMEs, and listed companies (Euronext Paris). She also advises company executives and investors.
