A lawyer since 2003, Emmanuelle Behr practises in commercial and digital law. She advises and represents companies in both their B2B activities (commercial contracts, annual negotiations, partnerships, distribution networks, unfair competition, abrupt termination of established commercial relationships, etc.) and their B2C activities (consumer law, regulatory inspections, general terms and conditions of sale, privacy policies, sales promotions, etc.). She has developed particular expertise in e‑commerce and personal data protection. In particular, she assists companies with their GDPR compliance and, more broadly, with privacy and AI regulation. Emmanuelle acts in both advisory and contentious matters for French and international companies. She has in‑depth knowledge of the tourism sector, its specific regulatory framework and its particular challenges (regulated profession, financial guarantees, strict liability). Before joining NMCG, Emmanuelle was successively a partner at Redlink and Lussan. She is committed to providing her clients with tailored, pragmatic and effective legal support.
