Kélian serves as an Associate in our International Dispute Resolution practice.
He advises and represents French and international corporations, as well as senior executives, investment funds and international organisations in domestic and cross-border pre-litigation, litigation and arbitration.
He further accompanies the clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes aimed at finding an amicable outcome to the dispute.
Before joining NMCG Avocats, Kélian gained experience in litigation and arbitration at leading French and international law firms, such as Baker McKenzie.
Kélian holds a Master’s degree in European & International Business Law from Paris Dauphine University. He also studied at Sherbrooke University (Quebec, Canada).
Kélian speaks French and English. He further has a good knowledge of Spanish.
