Saphéria NGUIMBOUS

Saphéria serves as an Associate in our International Dispute Resolution practice. She advises and represents French and international corporations, as well as senior executives, investment funds and international organisations in domestic and cross-border pre-litigation, litigation and arbitration. She further accompanies the clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes aimed at finding an amicable outcome to the dispute. Before joining NMCG Avocats, Saphéria gained experience in litigation and arbitration at top-notch French and international law firms, such as Stephenson Harwood. Saphéria holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris Dauphine University, as well as a Postgraduate degree in Management from Audencia Business School (major: financial auditing). Saphéria works in French and English. She further has a solid knowledge of German.
