NMCG Avocats assists Royaltiz platform in raising €6 million in financing

In 2022, NMCG Avocats’ Private Equity department worked alongside the Royal Tiz platform to raise €6 million from investors in finance, technology and sport.

Founded in 2021 by Christophe Vattier, this platform makes it possible to invest in “talents” (artists, sportsmen, public figures …) in order to obtain part of their future income thanks to new technologies and digital economies (blockchain, NFT).

With this €6 million round of financing, RoyalTiz is moving towards its goal of becoming the leading platform for investing in talent worldwide.

The Private Equity department, headed by Laurent COURTECUISSE, founding partner of NMCG, contributed to this fund-raising for RoyalTiz. Staff members Lydia Bianchi and Estelle Borckholtz took part in this project.
