NMCG Avocats assists the French and Belgian managing partners of Nijkerk Computer Solutions

Cabinet d’affaires NMCG Avocats assists the French and Belgian associate managers of Nijkerk Computer Solutions France and Nijkerk Computer Solutions Belgium (NCS) in a primary LBO.

In July 2022, Laurent COURTECUISSE, partner in M&A and Private-Equity, and Lydia BIANCHI, associate, of Cabinet NMCG assisted the French and Belgian managers of NCS in the sale to Isatis Capital.

Nijkerk Computer Solutions: sold to Isatis Capital.

Initially owned by Nijkerk Holding, a semiconductor distribution company founded in 1959 by brothers Ernst and Richard Nijkerk, NCS was sold to Isatis Capital, which became its majority shareholder alongside NCS’s leading day-to-day managers: Stéphane Roger, Moustapha Sylla, Manuel Lechuga, Yves Van Aert and Dave Van Calster.

Nijkerk Computer Solutions, founded in 1989, is a Franco-Belgian designer and integrator of industrial IT solutions. The company designs computers, rugged displays and controllers for the defense and security, aerospace, transportation, broadcast, medical and high-tech industries.

By 2021, sales should be close to €20 million.

NMCG Avocats was involved in the management package negotiations.

Providing their expertise and advice, partner Laurent COURTECUISSE and associate Lydia BIANCHI supported NCS’s French and Belgian associate managers (Stéphane Roger, Moustapha Sylla, Manuel Lechuga, Yves Van Aert and Dave Van Calster) in negotiating their management packages.
