NMCG Avocats assists the Valmen Group in its acquisition of Vivei

The Valmen Group, created in 2008, is a renowned player in the field of consulting specializing in personal insurance and social protection. It operates through two subsidiaries, Valmen Services and Valmen Consulting, which focus respectively on project management, business expertise, consulting and operational strategy. The Valmen Group’s Paris headquarters and regional offices in Lille and Aix-en-Provence enable it to operate throughout France.

Founded in 2008 by Pierre Thieullet, Vivei helps its customers manage their organization and information systems. It specializes in consulting services for insurers, mutual insurers and social protection organizations. The firm has three main areas of expertise: information systems project management, organization and process optimization, and actuarial services.

The Valmen Group strengthens its position as a major, independent player in the life and health insurance consulting and project management market through the acquisition of a company offering complementary services and sharing similar values. This merger between Valmen and Vivei combines key skills and creates new synergies between the two entities. With the support of Vivei’s partners, Valmen aims to expand its offering to existing customers and win over new prospects. What’s more, Vivei’s complementary expertise in life insurance, property & casualty and actuarial services represents a major growth lever that Valmen intends to leverage to offer new services to its customers.
