For 27 years, Agathe has been assisting employers in defending their interests, both through advisory services and litigation. Drawing on this experience, she joined the NMCG law firm in 2025 to ensure the continuity and development of the Paris-based labor and employment department, in line with the firm’s vision for over 18 years. Together with her team, she assists employers in high-stakes cases, including job preservation plans, the negotiation and implementation of collective agreements, sensitive individual and collective litigation, criminal defense for executives, management of workplace accidents, and relations with Urssaf.
