Émilie Lesné is Of Counsel in NMCG's Employment & Social Security Law department. Admitted to the Bar in 2012, she built her experience in several international and French law firms before joining NMCG in 2023.
Émilie works alongside the human resources and employee relations teams of companies and groups across all sectors, advising them on the issues they face and representing their interests in pre-litigation matters and before employment and social security courts nationwide. Because the department's clients live with urgent matters and high-impact projects, she offers them commitment, availability, and pragmatism.
She is a member of AvoSial, an association of lawyers who devote their practice to representing employers in employment and social security law — a field in constant flux, shaped by successive reforms and case law.
