While pursuing his university studies in business law, Arnaud quickly developed a strong interest in employment law, which he studied in greater depth during his Master’s program (Master 1). After completing his studies, he left Aix-en-Provence to begin his career in Lyon, joining one of the largest French law firms specializing in employment law. He later moved to Paris, where he founded NMCG in 2008.
Together with his team, he covers the entire spectrum of employment law—both advisory and litigation, at the individual and collective level—as well as social security law and criminal employment law, providing clients with comprehensive 360° expertise. In addition to a strong specialization in collective disputes and crisis management, his team regularly handles large-scale redundancy plans, drafting and implementation of collective agreements, collective bargaining, high-stakes individual and collective disputes, criminal defense of company directors, management and monitoring of workplace accidents, relations with the French Social Security Contributions Collection Office (URSSAF), etc.
The significant size of his team also enables him to provide each client to provide each client with highly reactive, day-to-day legal support in employment law.
His expertise can be found in the section “Expertise – Labor Law.”
Arnaud also delivers numerous training sessions across France, both in person and via webinars.
In 2014/2015, he was selected as an auditor of the 67th session of the IHEDN (French Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defense – Defense Policy).
