Charlotte SOUCI-GUEDJ
Avocat La Colle-sur-Loup
After beginning her career as a “generalist” lawyer, Charlotte Souci-Guedj quickly recognized the need to specialize and focus her skills on a specific field: health law and, as a corollary, personal injury compensation.
The human dimension of this type of litigation, combined with the technical complexity of the field, instilled in her a strong conviction and unwavering passion for her profession.
To strengthen her legitimacy in this position of trust, she earned a degree in personal injury compensation at the Faculty of Medicine of Nice, and more recently an inter-university diploma on the medical and social aspects of traumatic brain injury.
Building on this training and experience, Charlotte Souci-Guedj enthusiastically joined NMCG in January 2021 as a partner in the Health Law and Personal Injury department. Working closely with healthcare professionals as well as victims is a deeply engaging part of her daily practice.
The healthcare field evolves as rapidly as the legislation that governs it, offering her practice and expertise increasingly stimulating challenges, and allowing her to support key actors, whether in overcoming difficulties or pursuing new projects.
